Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. Denies Sexually Assaulting Social Media Star  Claudia Oshry

Social media star Claudia Oshry claims Cuba Gooding Jr. sexually assaulted her when she was 16 years old — in another abuse allegation against the embattled actor that his lawyer denied on Monday.

Instagram-famous Oshry, 24, made the revelation on her “The Morning Toast” podcast last week, a day before the Oscar winner surrendered to the NYPD and was charged with drunkenly groping a woman at a rooftop bar in Midtown.

“At the end of the day, like, I don’t know if I’ve ever considered myself to be, like, a victim of sexual assault because I’m not …,” said Oshry. “But yes, when I was in high school — I was f–king 16 years old, Cuba Gooding Jr. put his finger up my butt, and I felt wild.

Gooding’s attorney, Mark Heller on Monday denied the accusation.

“Cuba says this incident never happened and he has no recollection of this individual either,” Heller told E News.

Oshry applauded the anonymous 30-year-old woman who came forward last week to tell cops the “Jerry Maguire” actor grabbed her breast at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge on Seventh Avenue.

“Good on this, girl,” Oshry said.

The star surrendered Thursday to detectives at Manhattan’s Special Victims Division headquarters. He was hauled to Manhattan Criminal Court, where he pleaded not guilty through his attorney to charges of sexual abuse and forcible touching.

Another woman has also accused the actor last week of groping her more than a decade ago.
